Everything is really nice! The shipping took some time but it's understandable and you can track it the whole way. The paint is nice and brushes are OK (I would recommend getting your own if you're picky). The painting is not ready yet but I'm already loving it, thank you!

I'm really happy with my purchase! The picture is amazingly detailed, and there is more than enough paint for each section. The instructions are really simple too, you just need to set yourself plenty of time to get it done, which I am finding very relaxing. Takes a while to arrive, so if you're thinking of getting it as a gift think ahead :)

Canvas with reference picture looks amaizing! The logistics took quite a bit more then you promised, but it came eventually. A little dent was on the package, but nothing was damaged. There should be more packing material The colors of the reference picture were a bit off, but nothing we can't manage. Overall very great product.

It came a bit later than it said however with Covid I think that is to be expected. The picture is beautiful, the paint is a bit thin so most colors need a couple layers to cover the white of the picture however if you do this it looks fantastic. The paints also didn't come with the labels I expected. The picture has numbers like 1-25 and the paints are labelled as 1700 or 1625 in very temporary ink that rubbed off quite quick. I'd suggest labelled them with a marker, it came with a key for how the numbers were connected.
Overall if you're looking for a way to relax over the quarantine or want a cute present for someone or for yourself it is well worth it.

I ordered this paint by numbers kit as physical therapy after repair of brain aneurysms left me with some nerve damage to my dominant arm and hand. The fine hand work required for this piece has help to decrease the numbness and pins + needles sensations, and improved functionality.
It was an added bonus for me to end up with a beautiful painting. I have also ordered a custom kit from one of my own photos.
The kits have come with everything needed. Plenty of paint and brushes.
The canvas has been a little to moderately wrinkled and the colors come out a little to dark.
I will definitely order more custom prints, but lighten the image before submitting.
